Aspi-Titter suspension bridge

The trail is strenuous, first from Bellwald down into the valley, followed by a fairly long climb that demands a lot from even a Tyrolean who lives in the lowlands. The walk over the bridge is an experience, and the subsequent climb almost to the Schranni Hut demands every last bit of stamina.The Aspi-Titter suspension bridge is 160 meters long, and the height above the gorge is 120 meters. The view is breathtaking, and walking across the bridge will make you forget all the effort.

Even in moderate weather with thick clouds, it's an absolutely exceptional experience. Not everyone has the courage to cross the bridge!

From Bellwald you can go very well over this bridge to the castle hut, spend the night there or then descend into Fieschertal.
