If you're looking for really big hills this isn't one of them. From the Green Street barrier to the top this climb is only 0.3 miles long. Strava says it is about 8.9% and Komoot is pretty much similar. However the road sign does as 14%. I would say the steepest bit is the last 20 metres or so at the end. The climb from Ermin Street to the barrier isn't to taxing.
As a no through road the only traffic you 'should' get is residential and possibly deliveries.
