This is a great walk that is split into three different lengths. Due to the possibility of rain, we took the middle option of shortcut B, which is around 5 km. The paths can be a bit muddy and there was lots of running water when we were there. It isn't a flat walk, but there does tend to be a bench

This walk was a little derailed by a number of factors. The towpath was too muddy, wet and slippy to pass. Komoot routed me up a road, that at the top of the hill turned into a Private road with no public access. Although a number of footpaths were due to open in December, they were still closed until

This is a great walk starting in the market town of Devizes and finishing in Avebury. Along the way, you will take in two of Wiltshire's famous white horses, climb three hills, walk an old Roman road and finish at the famous stone circles. Oh there is also a monument and if cheeky a trig. At the Red

This is great little walk, with half the walk on roads/paths and the rest through fields. Three villages, three churches and one river. A lovely plaque outside the church in Wilsford, giving the population count of the village for the years 1000 AD = 60, 1500 AD = 120 and 2000 AD = 60 (approx.).
