The pilgrimage chapel St. Maria (Schlingenkapelle) was built according to the plans of the Franciscan Franciscan brother Antonius Peyer, instead of a previous building from the 17th century in 1703/1704. The last major renovation was in 1993/1994. The loop chapel is still the center of attraction for many pilgrims today.
