Hoeve Pietersheim Children's Farm

Farm Pietersheim has a large playground for children, a duck pond, restaurant with terrace and a petting zoo. A lovely place to end your walk.

The Pietersheim farm is a small amusement park for children with a large playground, duck pond, restaurant with terrace and an adjoining small animal zoo. The outdoor area of the restaurant invites you to relax after a hike.

Tip: If you are going on a hike with children, the farm should be at the end of the route.

Combine the water castle or a walk in the Hoge Kempen National Park with a visit to the children's farm on the Pietersheim domain. Stroll comfortably between the many farm animals, indulge yourself in the playground or settle down on the terrace of Hoeve Pietersheim. The petting zoo is an experience for everyone, and admission is free. In the cuddly meadow you can, under supervision, visit the sheep, goats, rabbits and birds. You will also find cows, chickens, rabbits, ducks, geese, pigs, deer, ponies, horses and donkeys at the petting zoo. Don't forget to visit the Huis van Lotte & Giel, a small livestock house for rabbits and poultry with various information panels and interactive games.
