"The Staffelsee can be explored with the MS Seehausen. Past the islands of Buchau and Wörth, the excursion boat goes to a number of bathing resorts around the lake. From April to October, visitors can book various tours across the bathing lake.
From the Murnau landing stage, we went on a tour of the Staffelsee (approx. 6, 8 square kilometers in size) for 80 minutes. The lake has barely inhabited shores (only camping island and halfway through the Alpenblick restaurant, where moorings are made) Nevertheless, the tour is worth seeing.

There is a good kiosk (seats available) at the ship landing stage with a bathing area and nice access to the lake. Sometimes this means a lot going on. The e-bike charging station next to the kiosk has been defective for a long time. If it is repaired at any time, it is chargeable.
