The organic winery is operated by Bente Rasmussen & Carsten Andersen. They have lived here since 1983 and have been growing wine for 16 years. In total there are currently around 2,300 vines.
Carsten comes from Copenhagen and Bente from Odense. You have built a certified ecological winery here that is really impressive. They are Demeter certified. Most grapes are white wine, they even make sparkling wine from them.
The area around Skårupøre was one of the best fruit growing areas in all of Denmark.
