Country crossed by the river Adda, the bridge is beautiful.

As suggested by the name, Trezzo is one of the crossing points of the Adda river.
Definitely more convenient than the nearest bridge to the north (San Michele bridge in Paderno) thanks to the fact that it does not have alternate one-way streets or traffic lights.
Since 2008 Trezzo has received the title of city.
Trezzo is mentioned in various texts of Italian literature, first of all in the famous novel by Alessandro Manzoni, I Promessi Sposi; an extract is shown on a marble plaque, affixed to the bell tower of the parish church (dedicated to Saints Gervaso and Protaso).
Trezzo has gained the attention of several men of culture thanks to its environmental and historical context.

In Trezzo you cannot miss the Visconteo castle, the Crespi village, and the Taccani hydroelectric power station (very beautiful in Art Nouveau style); everything is very close and everything can be easily visited by bike.
