Rohrburg Mill
Around 1300, the mill belonged to the "Wilre" settlement, which, like the mill, was named "Rohrburg" after a castle built in 1317. The mill remained in operation until 1478, when it was shut down due to a dispute over water rights.
It was not until 1743 that Phillip Ludwig Röder von Diersburg renovated and reopened it. He was succeeded by the Ichenheim mill doctor, David Hürster. The last active miller was Hans Ludwig Wurth, who ran the mill until 1988 and also entertained customers while they waited. Today, the building is used solely as a residential building.
