Nice tour and great pictures 👍 Picture 11 and 12 suitable for Father's Day 😉🍻

At the fog soup 😶‍🌫️ in the Rhine Valley, an escape into the mountains to the sun for refuge (how fitting 😀) and a snow hike to the Buchkopfturm were announced.



As soon as we drove through Oppenau, the fog broke and a bright blue sky appeared.

In bright sunshine, we went on a small round criss-cross through Offenburg. Nothing wild, just take a look. But it turned out to be a nice tour.

In bright weather today we went on a short hike to the Bernd Rosemeyer - monument on the A5 motorway near Mörfelden-Walldorf.



Bernd Rosemeyer, one of the best-known and most successful German racing drivers, had an accident in 1938 while attempting to set a record on the Reichsautobahn Frankfurt-Darmstadt

I don't know whether Goethe was really a hero and liked Frankfurt's 'Grie Soß', but all these keywords were the motto of today's tour 😅.



First the highlight of the tour was climbed, the Goethe Tower. This was followed by a visit to Frankfurt's beer history, the Binding Brewery and the new Henninger Tower

Today again a short walk through the Mönchbruch on well-known paths in search of autumn.



First past my favorite resting place, the Genoveva hut. Then through the Mönchbruchwiesen to the west runway and back home.



Weather was slightly cloudy with strong wind and 11 degrees.
