Kleine Runde gewagt nach Feierabend. Geplant war den Gipfel des Brennten und des Wirtenbühl zu erklimmen.
Aufgrund dessen das es nur Waldautobahnen als Wege sind würde es eine schnelle Nummer geben.
Der Gipfel des Brennten gibt es also nur auf der Karte. Kein Schild oder Stein zu finden dort.

Diese Woche bin ich beruflich wieder in Neuhausen ob Eck. Da liegt es natürlich nahe hier die Gegend zu erkunden wenn die nicht so positive Wetterprognose es zulässt. Ich bin recht früh los, Treffpunkt war mit meinen Kollegen erst 10 Uhr. Daher lies sich diese Runde gut zügig durchlaufen.

🚲 Mountainbike-Tour zum Oldtimertreffen Ichenheim 28.06.2026
Heute kurz nach Ichenheim zum Oldtimertreffen geradelt.
Bei den Temperaturen war der Aufenthalt aber nur kurz dort. Viele der teilnehmenden Fahrzeugbesitzer sind mit ihren Schätzen aber auch schon zeitig wieder aufgebrochen bevor die große Hitze kommt.
Auf dem Rückweg noch kurz bei den Westwallbunkern angehalten.

Mein Google-Fitbit-Gedöns sagt das ich heute pro Kilometer 15 Sekunden schneller war und der Puls etwas niedriger.
Ich muss ehrlich sagen, es fühlt sich auch nicht mehr sooo anstrengend an.
Aber außer Puste bin ich trotzdem. An der Atemtechnik müsste ich glaub ich noch etwas arbeiten, das macht einiges aus…

My Google-Fitbit-Gedöns says that I was 15 seconds faster per kilometer today and my heart rate was a bit lower.
I have to be honest, it doesn't feel sooo strenuous anymore.
