This great stretch of road offers you always beautiful views of the Rhine and the opposite shore. The path leads you along the steep vineyards, in the autumn months you can snack on the ripe vines.

Rheinsteig from Rüdesheim to Lorch. Gondola to Niederwalddenkmal and chairlift to Assmannshausen simplify it a bit. It remains 20km route.
