The hike on the rift between the Eurasian and American plates is very varied, especially since the place has been used by the Icelanders for their Thing assemblies since the year 900. And we were lucky: 3 hours without rain! 🙂

The Jägerhaus forester's lodge offers not only excellent cuisine, but also three very interesting rooms (for 2 to 9 people) and a fantastic breakfast the next morning! Highly recommended!
