Bordano is a small municipality in the province of Udine in Friuli. There are two attractions in the place.
For one, there is the House of Butterflies. Here more than 400 species of these insects are bred and can be admired in all stages of development. On the other hand, there are, especially interesting for cyclists, the mythological wall. This was dedicated to the Italian cycling and is located just outside the village.

This mural is located along the road from Bordano to Interneppo, on the lake of Cavazzo. It is a road that climbs a few bends towards a saddle and then descends comfortably, surrounded by a very suggestive natural environment. At Interneppo you can admire the panorama of Lake Cavazzo, one of the most evocative places in Friuli. In Bordano I recommend visiting the butterfly house, open only in spring and summer.
