Hiking
In the 19th century, a sandstone pyramid with a dance terrace was built on the promontory. However, it was severely damaged by rockfall and Storm Lothar and only partially remains. The site formerly served as a refuge and later as a festival ground. Hiking trails, including one from Münchweier, lead to the Heidenkeller. Legends of a hidden treasure surround the site.
