Tips
As part of land consolidation measures, a new path west of the B 51 from Diepholz to Dümmer - or vice versa - was planned a few years ago. A total of 21 works of art have emerged over time, each in collaboration with an artist and a group of citizens of the region.The aim of the sculpture trail was to combine art and nature. At the same time, an attractive path connection for cyclists and pedestrians from Diepholz to Dümmer and back as well as a tourism offer of supra-regional importance should be created.The sculpture path is regularly maintained, renewed and also expanded. The new sculpture "Zeitzeichen" was not opened until 2022.
