The Siegauen are a popular local recreation area for residents of Bonn and the residents of neighboring towns. The restaurant on the Sieg ferry next to / under the main road between Niederkassel and Beuel is a destination for cyclists and hikers. At this point there is also - as the name of the restaurant suggests - a small tow ferry with which you can cross over.
