The Schipperskapelleken is a striking blue and white painted square building at a fork of country roads. The chapel is surrounded by six benches, two of which are sheltered under the roof of the chapel.
The chapel is also called the Schepperskapelleken, after its owner Jacobus De Schepper. The chapel therefore has nothing to do with skippers.
