Schloss Berleburg is the residence of the Princely Family zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg. Parts of the princely art collection with portraits of the Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg family as well as rich collections of weapons, hunting equipment and trophies as well as uniforms of the princely house are shown in the castle. Especially worth seeing are numerous porcelains and engraved glasses from German manufactories of the 18th century, the stucco ceilings of some rooms and a large number of furniture.
