    The "flour berry"
It runs directly under the rock walls of the "Hollow Mountain." Along the flowering rock bands here grow a rare relic from the Ice Age:
Franconian Whitebeam - Wolfseed Hat - Speckled Arum - Fly Orchis (a rare native orchid)

This beautiful trail winds mostly as a narrow path at the foot of imposing rocks along and offers beautiful views of the Wiesenttal Muggendorf. Its name is derived from the Franconian whitetail, which occurs worldwide only in Franconian Switzerland. This vulnerable, threatened tree species relies on sunny locations, which is why the slopes on the flour berry must be kept free. In the past that was done by the numerous flocks of sheep, today people often have to resort to sawing.

Fascinating very narrow trail along the rock formations.
Attention: long pants and / or mosquito / tick spray is recommended because the path is narrowed in many places right and left with tall grass and smaller shrubs - Dodge not possible!
