The Nechlin distillery was established in 1887. It was rebuilt several times and after many years of vacancy, it was brought back to life in 2015. If you enter the building through the yeast chamber today, you can not only enjoy a malt beer on the summer terrace or in the malting bar, but also entire menus that have been freshly prepared in the fermentation room. With their names, the guest rooms, the schnitzel chamber, spirits processing, mash, laundry room, still, workshop, equipment room, servant room, water storage room, etc., are reminiscent of their earlier purpose.
