Small water hiking rest area with seating and a fireplace. The only downside to this place is that it is a little outside of the city limits; it is also often used as a chill-out area. There are lots of bottle caps and broken glass lying around, so you should be careful. Once you have survived the party zone and the noise of the nearby industrial plants, nature can start its game and you can listen to it.
