Rattey Castle is located in the middle of the old park and 700-year-old oak trees at the foot of the Brohmer Mountains in north-eastern Mecklenburg-Strelitz. The manor house, built in 1806, was extensively renovated between 1996 and 1998, true to the classicist specifications, and converted into a castle hotel.
