Versatile section on the Negeße of Guben, which is famous for its hats, and Forst, which has a beautiful rose garden and a textile museum. The bike path between the two cities usually leads along a dike along the Neiße, but does not disdain an old parallel embankment. Highlights on the route are, above all, the old bridges that were partially blown up in the Second World War, but also the historic hydropower plant Grießen is worth seeing. This section of the Oder-Neisse Cycle Route offers a lot of relaxing tranquility, except in the Gubin industrial area.

extremely well maintained track through an immaculate, sparsely populated part of Brandenburg

If you not only looking for peace, but also more highlights, then you often have to make a small detour to the localities. As an example, I'll take a meal. In addition to the waterworks, there is a very interesting church and also a lookout for open pit mining.
