Kapel ter Stokskes or the chapel of Roeselberg is located between the Walenbos and Troostembergbos at a height that you can reach via a large staircase. The Troostemberg family, the former owners of the last forest that bears their name, are inextricably linked to it. When entering the chapel and looking at various plates and ornaments, you sometimes even have the feeling of entering a private chapel of the family. However, that is not the case because the chapel - with some interesting houses around it - that is dedicated to Our Lady ter Stokskes is very old and is located right on an old route for pilgrims from Leuven to Scherpenheuvel. There is a Way of the Cross around the chapel and at the back there is a small outdoor chapel with a statue of Christ in the grave that originally stood in the beguinage of Aarschot.
