Bumpy wood planks as a surface, but top views of the Isar

Beautiful view of the Isar from the Großhesseloher Bridge in the south of Munich.

Wow, a great bridge with great views of the weir and along the Isar.

Wonderful view far above the Isar. Effortless way to get from one high bank to the other high bank.

Grandiose view over the Isartal. Above the pedestrian / bike path is the railway.

              Just wow!
Known it only as a railway bridge and could, until I'm driven over it myself, do not believe that there is also a bicycle / footpath. View simply terrific and the driveway to the bridge absolutely unproblematic.
              Highly Recommended!

A good crossing of the Isar for cyclists (under the train tracks). Please be careful on the driveways and the bridge! Cross grooves, tight curves, lots of pedestrians.

I love this bridge! Fantastic view no matter what time of day or year! The easiest way to get to the other side of the Isar with little traffic and little incline. Go down to the bridge, and from there up again on the bike path / road, be sure to drive slowly and carefully: potholes, lateral grooves, dirt, pedestrians, cyclists who drive on the wrong side, risk of slipping in winter. Slow down on the bridge too! It is always a lot going on!

In the meantime, komoot has also been entered as a route. Around the southernmost Isar crossing in the urban area.

Impressive bridge at high altitude is a crossing stone experience!

Großhesseloher tie knot. You don't have to drive to Sa Calobra in Mallorca to experience something like this 😏.

Especially on nice weekends, because of the many pedestrians and free-roaming dogs, almost no one can get through.
