Here is the Sauerland Höhenflug portal, which marks the end point of the Sauerland Höhenflug Meinerzhagen - Korbach or Altena - Korbach (see also our hike on the Sauerland Höhenflug komoot.de/collection/916387/- Sauerland-Hoehenflug-Sauerland).At this point there is also a small hiking car park, somewhat hidden in the forest (approx. 100 m off the road).

The portal can be reached from the road between Lengefeld and Nordenbeck. A small sign indicates the hikers' car park, which is a bit in the forest. There is also a small refuge at the parking lot as well as the entrance or the end of the high-altitude flight path.
