Mountain Biking Highlight
About 1000 pile-dwelling sites are known around the Alps. They are located in Switzerland, southern Germany, Austria, Slovenia, northern Italy and eastern France. Often they are on the edge of lakes or moor areas. Due to their location in the always moist soil, construction wood, leftovers, wooden tools and even clothing have been preserved. In Trentino, there are 2 settlements, which were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011, one in Fiavè and the other at Lake Ledro.

The lake invites you for a refreshing swim break. You can drive up to the water on some sections of your bike so that it does not remain unattended.
The tour around the lake is relaxed and easy to drive. But you have to be careful that you do not end up on the road.

The route around the lake offers many beautiful views. Absolutely at the second to reach restaurant a Cappucchino enjoy, yummy ... There is in the woody section the opportunity to get through an official gap in the railing on foot down to the lake. There are almost no people, the less the further you go. So if you are looking for a quiet and nice place to relax (in summer also for bathing), you will find it down here. However, the stones on the beach are pretty sharp. Nevertheless it is worth it.

Lake Ledro is in a great location above Lake Garda.
You can reach it via the late Ponale on foot or by bike.
You always have Lake Garda in sight from the Ponale.
Around the Ledro Lake there is a great piece in the forest with plenty of shade in the summer and beautiful gravel gravel.
