  • Nice calm lake. Not comparable to the overflowing Lake Garda.

  • Fantastically beautiful lake, which you can easily walk around (if it is not thunderstruck 🤣😉). Length about 10 km. Partly you go on the road, but all watch out and therefore it is safe. We also saw many families with bicycles, so it seems suitable for children.

  • Deep blue water, surrounded by a lot of nature - Lake Ledro is a wonderful bathing lake with beautiful sunbathing lawns, but at the same time offers many outdoor opportunities such as hiking, cycling and water sports.Until the middle of the 19th century, the Ledro valley was relatively cut off 600 meters above Lake Garda. In 1847 the first adventurous road was built through the vertical cliffs that separate the two lakes. This steep and very narrow serpentine route is now only accessible to mountain bikers and hikers.Motorized traffic enters the Ledro Valley on a modern road through two long tunnels. In Bezzecca you can get comprehensive information about the military-historical past of the valley, in which fierce battles between the Italians and the Austrians took place again and again.
There are four villages and a holiday village directly on the lake. Pieve di Ledro is the tourist center. In Molina you can visit the remains of an approximately 4,000 year old pile dwelling, which was discovered in Lake Ledro in 1929 and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2012.

  • Lake Ledro is definitely worth seeing. But do you have to make so many duplicates?
