This is a good tour for the winter with a moderate altitude difference, so you don't sweat so much and you don't run your lungs cold or stay in the GA1 area to maintain the base.

Here you can run in almost any weather, the paths are off the beaten track. There are some viewpoints and also caves which makes the whole thing interesting for children.

A tour a bit off the beaten track in places. The junction in the Teuchatzer forest to Zeegendorf is somewhat hidden. You have to look closely to see the old way. The runs should not be underestimated.

This is mostly the MTB tour 2 from Heiligenstadt with a slight modification over the last 8 km.

This is a very nice tour from Riva, but there are passages with a 53% gradient. But very nice. The route leads very little over roads, where you drive through vineyards, olive groves and small villages. Exhausting but beautiful.
