Where else can you get freshly caught trout, home-brewed beer, wild garlic schnapps and a guided tour of your own stalactite cave? That's right, that's only available at Blank's in Zwiefaltendorf on the edge of the Swabian Alb. Just ask for the tour in good time before you eat and don't come by on Sundays or Mondays, because that's a day off.
