The oldest open air natural baths in the country, Lymington's sea water baths are fantastic in the summer time. It's not just swimming you can do here either, inflatable obstacles courses and stand-up paddle boarding are available too.

Built in the 19th century, the baths have recently (2016) had a full renovation. Toilets, showers, sitting areas and wetsuit hire are all available.

Set within the popular Georgian market town of Lymington, you will find the oldest open air sea water baths in the UK.

Dating back to 1833 the baths have historically gained national interest for their health giving waters and natural mud minerals.

Today, young and old still swim in the waters and enjoy the stunning location with views over to the Isle of Wight.
