The former women's concentration camp and today the Ravensbrück Memorial is only partially preserved. The barracks are indicated. But what is standing - idyllically on the lake - are the stone buildings in which the wardens lived, they are partly inhabited today or a youth hostel. One of the villas, the driver's cabin, is now a museum. This is also where the entrance to the memorial is, if you come via the long-distance cycle path.
