The Saint John's Church in Bruges
A chapel was built at the Eider Bridge on a hill that slopes steeply towards the river. This, mentioned in a document for the year 1215, is the nucleus of today's St. Johannis Churchbordesholmer-land.de/freizeit-und-touren/bruegge

The Feldsteinkirche was built at the beginning of the 13th century and redesigned several times. The 42 m high wooden tower was added in 1630. The church is dedicated to John the Baptist. In the church there is a canopy altar from the workshop of Hans Brüggemann, which was built in 1672. Simple and beautiful:

The St. John's Church is made of field stone and brick. Unfortunately, the wooden bell tower is currently scaffolded.
