There are still beautiful old chestnut trees to admire here. Unfortunately, however, many have already disappeared as part of the road and S-Bahn renovation.
That was a real avenue with trees on both sides, which ran a long way towards Meckesheim.
On the other side of the brook, to which you come across a narrow bridge at the small animal breeder's home, you can admire many storks from time to time.
There the cycle path leads to Zuzenhausen.

Kastanienallee in Eschelbronn, a municipality in the Rhein-Neckar district in northern Baden-Württemberg, is a series of 19 horse chestnut trees designated as a natural monument (protected area number 82260200001). The avenue is opposite the train station on Bahnhofstrasse on the banks of the Schwarzbach and is around 310 meters long. The youngest trees on Kastanienallee were planted according to estimates around 1875 or earlier. The trees were listed in 1981.
