The trail is over two meters wide and evenly flat, covered with fine gravel, without any cross-cutting ruts. It's less frequented in summer, making it ideal for relaxed gravel riding.

Cross-country skiers may still know this route to Rehefeld-Zaunhaus as a ski touring trail; you'll be amazed at the steep climbs you can tackle on skis. The route towards Rehefeld-Zaunhaus is the most fun, as it's mostly downhill.
