Do I have to go up there? Or do I want to go up there? It's important to know this and recognize the difference!

Wheel of Fortune Exercise: Inner Development Goals 1 - BEING

In order to feel safe and capable of acting even in difficult or confusing situations, a good relationship with ourselves is a basic prerequisite. From the list below, choose a part of this self-relationship that you would like to pay particular attention to today. Then remind yourself of it when you make an (unconscious) decision or feel undecided.

    (1) Inner Compass
What responsibility do I bear for certain values, goals, and overall well-being?
    (2) Authenticity
To what extent do I feel committed and able to act sincerely, honestly, and in accordance with what is important to me?
    (3) Openness
What am I curious about, what can I grow from, and how far am I willing to push my limits and allow myself to be hurt? (4) Self-awareness
What paths do my thoughts and desires take, and how do I find them, and how do I want to deal with them?
    (5) Presence
How can you let a moment affect you, absorb it, without immediately judging or influencing it?

The Tetrahedron is a must for me when I'm cycling in Bottrop. After the arduous climb up the slag heap, it's definitely worth the climb to the top, as from there you have a fantastic view of the surrounding area: Bottrop, Gladbeck, Gelsenkirchen, Essen, Oberhausen, and, in good weather, Duisburg in the distance.

The detour to the tetrahedron is worthwhile. It is always free and freely accessible. You should only watch out for your glasses in strong winds!
