This is a beautiful spot above the little Hamlet of Earl Sterndale and looking towards Hitter Hill and Axe edge. From here you can drop down and then climb up Axe edge or Hollinsclough which are both incredibly beautiful or in the other direction there are a number of quiet lanes. Every direction from here is a good one and on a sunny day it's a really special spot!
