After laying in bed discussing what we could do today, we decided to just jump in the car and see what we find. Shortish walk into the snow but it blew over and we had the place to ourselves in a eerie frozen silence. Felt good to be battered by the weather a bit and then home for some glorious pre Christmas

Impromptu diy audax, very much inspired by 's route to York (great route, Thanks!). My legs didn't have 200k in them today, so cut the route down to 100k and finished just after the Humber Bridge. Great to be back in the saddle and the sunset over the Humber made all the mild suffering worth it!
