At an altitude of 1,788 meters there is the Schneealpenhaus, which was opened in 1925 as a refuge. When you arrive here, one thing is guaranteed: the view, which is simply mind-blowing, both from a distance to the hut and from the hut itself. In the hut itself you can strengthen yourself with a delicious snack and spend the night. It is open daily from May to October. More information can be found at schneealpenhaus.com.

In 1925 the Schneealpenhaus was opened at an altitude of 1,788 meters. It is open from May to mid-October. In the cold months, a winter room offers hikers protection. The location of the hut on the high plateau is fantastic. The house has its own little summit cross and is a great place for a break.
