The Steinknuck trekking site is easily accessible near the village of Fatschenbrunn in a small forest clearing. The space for tents is laid out with bark mulch, i.e. soft ground (longer pegs are an advantage). In my opinion, a very nice place, with a campfire site and table with benches. Hiking

I brought water from the Trinity Fountain. At least it flows reliably. But there should also be a stream in the forest nearby. However, it was not clear whether there would be water in the summer (Karbach).
