A rare Alemannic gable construction:
The first half-timbered floor stands on the solid ground floor. The second half-timbered floor sits on an adjacent wall and protrudes strongly towards the street. Above it is a three-story gable. In front of this is a finely structured floating gable. The floating gable can be found on medieval houses in Mosbach around 1450. As there, all the timbers of the roof structure are interlocked. eppingen.de/freizeit/stadtrundgang The house was built around 1450.

This Alemannic half-timbered house was built around 1450. In front of the three-story gable, a finely structured floating gable has been preserved as a striking structural feature. The house has been restored in an exemplary manner. The first half-timbered floor stands on a solid ground floor.
The house was built around 1450. The Gothic carvings borrowed from stone construction on the beam of a planked ceiling in the first half-timbered floor confirm this assumption.
