Hiking

A Corpus Christi chapel was already standing here in 1351. In the 15th century, the patronage passed to the then highly revered Fourteen Holy Helpers. The French Revolution finally put an end to the pilgrimage. In the 19th century, the chapel was restored and consecrated in 1846.

The chapel is open on Sundays from March to October from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The Klausenkapelle near Ruppertsberg is a pilgrimage chapel built shortly before 1350 and dedicated to the Fourteen Holy Helpers. It is also called Klause Zeiselbach and is entered in the monument list of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate as an individual monument.

Also known as the Zeiselbach Hermitage, it is a historic pilgrimage chapel built around 1350. It is dedicated to the Fourteen Holy Helpers and is a protected cultural monument. The annual Klausen Festival, which takes place around St. Margaret's Day on July 20, is particularly charming.
