Lady's Slipper Orchids on the Rehletal Nature Trail

In the Rehletal there is a signposted educational trail, on which various orchid species and other rare plants can be seen. Particularly impressive are the numerous women's shoes, which usually bloom in splendid clusters from mid-May to mid-June.
Please stay on the paths!
In addition to a camera with a good zoom, binoculars are also worthwhile, in order to observe the impressive flowers from the path.

Wonderful landscape, today - on a Sunday - a bit crowded. Many plants are labeled, which makes it much easier to identify 😁😁. Almost every flower can be found very close to the path, you just need a little patience.
Coming uphill from the parking lot, it is a good idea to go a little further after seeing the many special flowers. There all the hustle and bustle soon stops and after about 800m you come to a path that leads somewhat steeply downhill to the left to the railway embankment. Above the tracks 🚆, a narrow path leads through a barren but charming landscape.
The whole area is a protected area, so definitely stay on the trails!

The path is designed in such a way that you can also take close-up pictures of the lady's slipper from the path, so please don't rush into the botany, there are so many other rare plants growing there that small seedlings would be trampled on unnoticed!
