Liss is a pleasant Hampshire village with plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops, and other attractions to keep you entertained. While the area has been inhabited since the Neolithic era — as demonstrated by some great archaeological finds nearby — Liss first appeared in the Domesday Book of 1086 (as Lyss) and there are many historic buildings to explore.

Small village with lots of amenities and a railway station. A great start and end point for hiking in the local hills.
