The Eisenhammer is very idyllically situated in a beautiful valley. There is a seat on the Eisenhammer. Guided tours are offered (see info on the pictures). There are also several hiking trails here.

The historic iron hammer, which was owned by the Schäff family for five generations, is located near the Eckersmühlen district of Roth. This gem of industrial history actually continued to produce until 1974. Today it is a "living museum" in which guests are shown the art of hammer forging in an impressive and up-close manner. A selection of the products produced there is also on display. A wide variety of woodworking and agricultural equipment was once made in the Eisenhammer.
