Simply unique. You should definitely go up there and let your gaze wander over Cologne. Beautiful view of the cathedral, the train station and the old town. Very worthwhile.

You can only go up to the 28th floor to the viewing platform by elevator (the stairs may not be used) 4m per second. You can't feel the ride up or down. You will be rewarded with a wonderful view over Cologne and the surrounding area. The viewing platform is protected from wind by the high glass surround.
