Hiking

The former Leupoldsdorf station was the terminus of the Wunsiedel - Leupoldsdorf railway line, which was inaugurated on November 7, 1913. For a long time, the railway line was the only means of public transport for the population and an important means of transport for the granite industry based here. The last scheduled passenger train ran on September 27, 1972. In autumn 1981 the station building was demolished. On May 23, 1993, the line was shut down.
