Road cycling
The ascent to Geishöhe is one of the longest in Spessart. Thanks to moderate incline and new asphalt this is very pleasant to pedal. Just under five kilometers and 300 meters in altitude wait for the summiteer.

A beautiful 4 km climb to Geißhöhe (note: the restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays), but the surface, especially in the last third, is now very poor (as of 2024), so be careful when descending. Before you go, climb the tower and enjoy the view...
As of 2025: They've repaired the surface a bit, but there are still holes in it... be careful!
