After the approach via gravel road at altitude, today it was often possible to just let it run😎….a bit of climbing/pushing/lifting over is of course always included😂, but all in all another tour with high experiential value👍

Bei mittlerweile gewohnten giftigen Anstiegen & kniffeligen Abfahrten schöne Pfade in den hiesigen Wäldern🌲🌳 gerollt….die Hitze und der fortgeschrittene Tachostand trugen ihren Teil dazu bei die Gruppe früher zu verlassen und es heimwärts auslaufen zu lassen

Rolled on nice paths in the local woods 🌲🌳 with now more familiar, nasty climbs & tricky descents….the heat and the advanced mileage contributed to leaving the group earlier and letting it roll home.

The first hour of riding this morning reached another level again on the climbs and climbed 600 vertical meters with 4 long uphills of the +20% category... after that the worst was over ✅ and it continued on again beautiful paths to the Franconian Mountain Trail... partly alpine paths along the slope

First warm-up lap with tour guides Volkmar & Roman today significantly milder than just a few weeks ago in the Odenwald🤗…climatically bearable, even the thunderstorm was not bad thanks to the shelter possibility at the castle ruins….
At temperatures around 20 degrees, it was very pleasant shortly afterwards
